Ayurveda Morning Routine
- Wake up before the sun, or as the sun is rising
- Wake up around the same time every day
- Meditate or Practice Yoga
- Pray or say affirmations
- Walk 10 minutes toward the sun (beneficial for our mood)
- Scrape tongue
- Drink warm water with lemon
- Dry Brush or Oil Massage
Afternoon Routine
- Stay calm and cool
- Eat a big lunch
- Rest and digest
Evening Routine
- Eat dinner early
- Walk, Practice Yoga, Exercise
- Drink warm spiced milk
- Go to bed with the sunset or shortly after (no later than 11)
- Say prayers or affirmations
